Standard structures are quoted the same day with complete information; high multilayer, heavy copper and specialty structures require engineering review, typically 1–2 business days. Mark expedited requests in the email subject and we will prioritize review resources.
Yes. Please also describe the application (e.g. link speed, current level) and target impedance — our engineering team will propose stackup and line width solutions for your board type and state the process route in the quote.
Prototypes and volumes use the same process parameters and material system; process windows are rechecked before volume release with per-batch sampling. For impedance requirements, TDR test data can be provided for comparison.
Electrical test reports, impedance data, microsection reports and dimensional/visual inspection records are available on demand. If you need specific formats or system documents, please state them when inquiring.
Gerber RS-274X, drill files (Excellon), ODB++ and manufacturing packages exported from PCB source files are all accepted. Please compress into one package and list each layer's file name and purpose in the email.
